Your personal information: what we collect and how we use it On Campus Marketing, LLC is committed to keeping your personal information confidential. Below are details about the information we collect, when we collect it and how we use it:
When you place an order with dormroom.com we collect your name, address, telephone number, credit card information and your e-mail address. We use this information to fulfill your order and to communicate with you about your order. We may also use this information to communicate advance notice of events or to tell you about new products and services. We do not currently rent, sell or exchange e-mail addresses.
When you subscribe to our e-mail announcement service, we collect your name and e-mail address so that we can send you advance notice of sales and events or tell you about new products and services. You can unsubscribe from this service at any time. Simply send your unsubscribe request to: email@example.com and type "unsubscribe" in the subject line.
We monitor general site use and traffic patterns to improve our web site and the products and services we offer.
Security At On Campus Marketing, LLC protecting your information is a priority. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your online order information. When giving your credit card number, SSL encrypts all personal information including your card number, name and address. With this encryption, only On Campus Marketing, LLC is allowed to decode your information. How can you be sure any connection is secure? Simply look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window after accessing a server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser), the SSL is active and your information is secure. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from 'http' to 'https.' Some versions of browsers and some firewalls don't permit communication even though the server is secure. Comments, Feedback and Other Submissions We welcome your comments and feedback regarding our Site, our products and our services. We do not, however, accept confidential or proprietary information. Accordingly, all comments, feedback, ideas, suggestions, materials, information and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to On Campus Marketing, LLC using this Site or otherwise (collectively, "Comments") are not confidential and will become and remain On Campus Marketing, LLC property. The disclosure, submission or offer of any Comments will constitute an assignment to On Campus Marketing, LLC of all worldwide rights, titles and interests and goodwill in the Comments without payment of any compensation. Comments submitted by you must not violate any right of any third party, and must not contain any libelous, abusive, obscene or otherwise unlawful material.
Product Information The products displayed on the Site can be delivered only within the United States. The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. dollars.
Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.

The Information We Collect. At dormroom.com, you may be able to request information, order products, enter contests, participate in surveys, vote in polls, subscribe to a service or participate in a chat room. The types of personally identifiable information (i.e. information that can directly identify you or indicate where you might be contacted) that may be collected at these pages could include: name, address, age, date of birth, gender, grade level, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number, credit card information, and information about your interests in and use of various products, programs and services. Sometimes you may be able to submit information about other people. For example, you might submit a person's name and e-mail address to send information about our company. The types of personally identifiable information that may be collected about other people at these pages may include: recipient's name, address, age, date of birth, grade level, e-mail address, gender and telephone number.

We do not consider any companies that are within our "family" of companies to be "third parties" for purposes of this policy. Any of these companies may use and further share this information in the same ways we do. However, if we pass on personal information to a family company, we require that it protect such information in a manner that is consistent with this policy. If you are visiting dormroom.com from a location outside of the United States, your connection will be through and to servers located in the United States, any orders placed through dormroom.com will be fully processed in and shipped from the United States and all information you provide will be processed and securely maintained in our web servers and internal systems located within the United States. By using dormroom.com, you authorize the export of personal information to the USA and its storage and use as specified above when you provide such information to us. This policy and our legal obligations are subject to the laws of the State of New York and the USA, regardless of the location of any user. Any claims or complaints must be filed in the USA in the State of New York.
